
Personnel of the Armed Forces of Liberia who participated in the Northern Strike simulation exercise in Michigan, the United States have returned to the Country via the Roberts International Airport.
The return of the sixteen Soldiers Sunday comes following reports that they escaped the training ground in Michigan.
The training which brought together the US Air Force, US Navy, US Marine, Michigan Guard Service, among others was aimed at equipping Personnel of the Armed Forces of Liberia to serve in the Peace Keeping Mission in Mali.
Speaking during the arrival of the Soldiers at the Roberts International Airport in Margibi County, Assistant Defense Minister for Public Affairs Sam Collins confirmed the arrival of the sixteen personnel of the AFL.
