The President of the National Christian Council of Liberia, Bishop Rudolph Marsh has disclosed a national Spiritual Revolution for Liberia.
Speaking over the weekend in Monrovia, at an official program presenting the Spiritual Revolution for Liberia, Bishop Marsh called on President George Weah to declare November 26, 27 & 28 as days for national repentance in the Country.
He named National Repentance, Atonement for innocent bloodshed in the land, renewing the covenant of Liberia’s forefather with God as three pivotal aspects of the Spiritual Revolution.
According to him, Liberia and Liberians have deviated from the plans of God for the nation, and have sinned against God; as such, the need to redeem the nation cannot be over-emphasized.
Bishop Marsh added that for God to forgive the nation, it will require the entire Nation coming together in the spirit of repentance, as he called on the Church to unite in ensuring that the Spiritual Revolution is successful across the Country, beginning November 26 through December 7 this year.
