Report says, the Supreme Court of Liberia has completed its draft opinion over claim of ethical misconduct by the President of the Trial Judges Association and Chief Judge of the Commercial Court Cllr. Eva Morgan with a verdict of acquittal.
The Court’s draft opinion according to our Judicial Correspondent has already been circulated to Justices of the High Court for deliberation before a final decision consistent with law.
Our Judicial Correspondent further said that Associate Justice Joseph Nagbe reportedly wrote the draft document on behalf of the Court.
In April of this year, the Judicial Inquiry Commission recommended a one year suspension for Judge Eva Mappy-Morgan for ethical misconduct following a complaint filed by Businessman Amos Brosius.
