Criminal Court ‘C’ Presiding Judge Ousman Feika has summoned Magistrate John Griggs of the Careysburg Magisterial Court over claims of refusing to obey his August 13, 2021 mandate.
Judge Feika’s summon comes as a result of a Bill of Information filed by Atty. Bob Laywhyee against Magistrate Griggs.
Atty. Laywyee’s application among other things accused Magistrate Griggs of disrespecting Judge Feika’s August 13, 2021 mandate after the Circuit Court Judge ruled in his client’s favor.
Our Judicial Correspondent further revealed that Atty. Bob Laywyee’s account has led to Judge Feika’s October 27, Summon for Magistrate John Griggs to appear before him on Wednesday, November 3, surrounding Atty. Bob Laywhyee’s Bill of Information to the Court.
