Criminal Court ‘A’ Resident Judge Roosevelt Willie is appealing to Chief Justice Francis Korkpor to do everything possible to protect him and his family members.
This follows three separate attacks on his life by unknown men in Monrovia.
Judge Willie’s appeal was contained in a communication dated November 19, Chief Justice Francis Korkpor.
He claimed in the communication that on November 18, unknown men moved to his compound, jumped over his fence, and forced the gate opened during which time he and his family members went into hiding.
Fortunately, when the attackers heard noise from him and his family they escaped.
Judge Willie’s attacks come at the time when Judge Ousman Feika has pleaded with Chief Justice Francis Korkpor to assign armed police officers to Judges and their families following a series of attacks against them in the Country.
