The Liberia Football Association has written Judge Quincy Garnett of the Monrovia City Magistrate Court to postpone a conference the court cited between the LFA and Stages Football, which was scheduled for this Wednesday, November 24.
The citation follows a complaint brought against the President of the Liberia Football Association by Stages FC, represented by and through its legal counsels.
Stages FC relegated to the 3rd division after the 2020/21 league season, in the complaint noted that the LFA, through its President Mustafa Raji allegedly violated their duly entitled rights as a member club.
The club alleged that the LFA did not invite nor provide them with congress documents for the just-ended extraordinary congress held on Saturday, November 20.
The Liberia Football Association has informed the City Court, that Raji and some Senior LFA officials are currently in Cairo, Egypt on CAF engagement, as such, they will be prepared for the conference on December 3.
