Criminal Court ‘A’ has affirmed trial juror’s unanimous guilty verdict against defendant Kesselie Mulbah with life imprisonment at the Monrovia Central Prison.
Judge Roosevelt Willie Thursday ruled that the weight of evidence adduced in Court by prosecuting lawyers during the weeklong proceeding met the legal requirement to convict defendant Mulbah for murder.
The presentence investigation report surrounding defendant Kesselie Mulbah’s criminal behavior at his Johnsonville Community has indicted him to several criminal activities in the area.
The presentence investigation findings according to court records contribute significantly to his life imprisonment sentence by the Court.
This is the second time the 43-Year-old murder convict has been convicted for a capital offense after he was adjudged guilty for armed robbery during the August Term of Court and got four years imprisonment at the Monrovia Central Prison consistent with the law.
He was indicted during the May Term of Court of this year for killing one Varfody Kamara, a member of the KAPAO-Secure Watch Group in Johnsonville, but denied killing the deceased before his conviction.
