A Korean Businessman Hungoji Choi has accused prosecuting lawyers at the Brewerville Magisterial Court of allegedly releasing some suspected armed robbers from prison.
Suspects Ousman Sambolah, Gabriel John, and others were arrested for allegedly attacking a Korean Businessman and stealing several valuations from him and later charged for armed robbery and property of theft.
Businessman Hungoji Choi Monday told Freedom News Judicial Correspondent that Atty. Amos Synbay, City Solicitor of Brewerville Magisterial Court informed Magistrate Ernest Bana that he (private prosecutor) agree to restore the suspects’ freedom.
Businessman Choi said that at no time he and Atty. Amos Synbay’s agreement was to release the suspected armed robbers in question after they were charged with capital offenses.
The City Solicitor Atty. Amos Synbay has admitted restoring the suspects’ freedom saying he was acting under the order of higher up but fails to state the name of higher up.
