
Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor has challenged graduates of the Bong County Technical College to be focused in order to achieve their future goals.
Serving as Guest Speaker Wednesday, at the second commencement convocation of the Bong County Technical College in Gbarnga, Vice Taylor encouraged the graduates of the BCTC to go into the world and follow the paths that will bring positive change to the Country.
She lauded the effort of the college’s administration to keep the dream of the Bong County Technical College alive.
The Bong County Technical College was established by an Act of the National Legislature on July 29, 2015, as a four-year degree-granting institution of higher learning.
The College’s graduated 80 students in various academic disciplines.
For his part, the President of the Bong County Technical College Dr. Roland Massaquoi said those who the college conferred degrees upon are students who have been academically examined and have satisfactorily gone through the ranks and files of the College’s academic curricular activities.
Dr. Massaquoi further said the administration of the college will remain committed to the educational development of the young people of Bong County.
