
Former Information Minister and head of the defunct United Liberation Movement of Liberia for Democracy, Professor Alhaji Kromah is dead.
Professor Kromah who also served as Director General at the Liberia Broadcasting System and a professor at the University of Liberia died early Tuesday morning according to family sources.

Family sources further disclosed that Professor Kromah died at age 69, noting that prior to his death, he had been battling a strange illness which they did not disclose.

The former defunct United Liberation Movement of Liberia for Democracy head, following the end of the Civil War, contested for the Country’s Presidency on the ticket of the All Liberian Coalition Party in 2005.
The party came third in the election after it obtained 4.2% of the total vote cast in the first round of the vote.
In adherence to his faith as a Muslim, the late Professor is expected to be buried this Wednesday.
