
President George Weah has commissioned several officials of Government he nominated in 2022, following their successful vetting and confirmations by the Liberian Senate where applicable.
Those Commissioned Tuesday by the Liberian Leader at the Executive Mansion include Associate Justice Yamie Quiqui Gbessay, Minister of States for Presidential Affairs, George Wesseh Blamoh, Madam Ruth Cooker-Collins, Minister of Public Works, Madam Sarah Fyneah, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, and Permanent Representative of Liberia to the United Nations, amongst other Relieving Judges.
President Weah commissioning the officials of Government charged them to serve their Country with due diligence, in the interest of the Country, and the citizenry.
The Liberian Leader also stated that he has no doubt, in the officials, as they have the requisite experiences, skills, and qualifications to serve in their various positions of trust.
For their part, the Commissioned officials of Government swore to uphold, support, protect and defend the constitution and laws of Liberia, performed and discharge their duties and functions while serving in their different positions to the best of their ability.
