Bility’s application was seeking to overturn the National Elections Commission Board of Commissioners in connection to his Party’s internal conflict with the Party’s expelled political Leader, Senator Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence.
Associate Justice Yussif Tuesday ruled that the National Election Commission (NEC) Board Commissioners were in error when to reopen the Liberty Party internal case after the Commission has passed on the matter.
